We provide complete and effective after sales technical support for all our instruments. Apart from our own instruments, our servicing department is able to service and repair imported instruments similar to our range as well. We keep all parts in ready stock to be able to service and repair all our instruments. Though most problems are solved thru our hotline number, we or our distributors can send their service engineers to attend to the instrument. After necessary repair the instruments are properly calibrated again to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument. We are maintaining all the necessary calibrated standards required for our instruments. All the calibrated standards are either directly calibrated by National Physical Laboratory or are traceable to National Physical Laboratory. Our calibrated standards include:

Based on these certifications we are able to issue traceability certificates for all the instruments that are repaired and calibrated by us. All calibrations are carried out in temperature and humidity controlled rooms under controlled conditions.
