There are various options available to suit each customer's individual requirements like preventive maintenance, amc with complete parts etc. On signing of the Annual Maintenance Contract, our engineers regularly visit the customer site to solve their problems and also attend to any complaints. Apart from emergency visits, support engineers also undertake preventive maintenance visits to appraise the customers about the use and maintenance of the instruments.
