Cross Belt Analyzer
The Ash, Moisture, Calorific Value, Volatile Matter and Sulphur in Coal are important indicators of Coal quality. The new non Radioactive, Passive online Cross Belt analyzer Model CBA-NR adopts an unique non contact model to detect call Ash and Moisture and displays the Calorific Value of the sample accurately in Real Time. This real time data can further be use to optimize the operating parameters of boilers and furnaces to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
The system consists of a Non Radioactive Passive Ash Analyzer and a Moisture Meter. The value of Moisture and Ash content measured by the analyzer are used to calculate the Gross Calorific Value of Coal. The user can view the Ash, Moisture and Gross Calorific Value of Coal online.
Installation of the instrument is very simple and easy. The main Non Radioactive Analyzer is installed under the Coal conveyor belt to dynamically monitor the Coal Ash flowing on the line. The Moisture Meter is also installed on the conveyor belt to the dynamically detect the Moisture content in the Coal.
The system find extensive application in Coal Mines, Thermal plants, Coal WAshing Plants, Coal Blending Plant, Coking Plants, Steel Plant, Cement Plant and Coal handling terminals.
