Automatic Proximate Analyzer APA-D (Dual Carousel)
The ADVANCE Fully Automatic Proximate Analyzer designed in accordance with ASTMD 7582, based on the Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) principlefor the rapid and accurate determination of Air-Dry Basis Moisture, Ash, Volatile Matter, and Fixed Carbon in coal and other solid fuels.
Furnace is integrated with a high-precision electronic balance, enabling simultaneous heating and continuous weighing of samples. This eliminates time-consuming manual handling and provides reliable, repeatable analytical results.
The system can automatically and continuously analyse up to 19 samples in a single experiment. Air-Dry Basis Moisture and Ash can be determined in approximately 150 minutes, while Volatile Matter can be determined in approximately 7 minutes per sample.
Based on the measured results, the software can automatically calculate additional parameters such as Dried based results &FixedCarbon, providing a comprehensive proximate analysis in a single automated workflow.
