The Advance TGA-APA -DAnalysers provide an ideal automated alternative to conventional laboratory ovens and muffle furnaces for proximate analysis. The system integrates a programmable high-temperature dual furnace, each furnace is integrated with a high-precision electronic balance, enabling simultaneous heating and weighing controlled by one PC Program to further integrate the result for Moisture Ash & VM as per ASTM-D-7582. This significantly reduces time-consuming manual operations and increases sample throughput up to 38+2 sample in one cycle.

Using dual thermocouple &with typical sample quantities ranging from 500 mg to 5 g.

The TGA-APA Series can determine key proximate analysis parameters & thereafter converting them to Dry basis result & calculating Fixed Carbon as wells, 

The heating chamber temperature, up to 1,000°C, and surrounding atmosphere can be freely programmed by the user to establish standardized operating procedures. The electrically driven carousel ensures precise and repeatable sample positioning, offering advantages over conventional pneumatic systems and supporting safe, reliable and ASTM-compliant Volatile Matterdetermination in coal samples.
